The objective of the organization’s Comprehensive Security is to protect the people who work in the company, the confidentiality of its communications, and the integrity and availability of its information. It also safeguards other assets that form part of the company’s property, such as facilities and all types of content.
Comprehensive Security encompasses the traditional concepts of physical security and logical (technological) security to maintain business continuity under any adverse circumstances.
An increase in the “security culture” among the company’s personnel will provide clear benefits by enhancing the security of systems and procedures while minimizing the risk of potential malicious actions.
It is essential that all information related to security matters flows through the appropriate channels to the company’s decision-making bodies.
Integration. Global Security is an integrated process aligned with the business, involving the entire company.
Cost-effectiveness. Security is guided by business criteria, considering the relationship between expenditure and investment. Its criteria are set centrally, leveraging any existing synergies. This management enables an overall reduction in expenditure and better returns on the efforts applied to security.
Continuity. Security must be present throughout its entire lifecycle: protection, prevention, detection, response, and recovery.
Suitability. The means employed must adapt to the business environment. Among other factors, those with an impact on the business and the organization’s security levels include competition with other companies, social, political, and economic unrest, and amateur or professional hacking.
The ultimate responsibility for security lies with the Management team, which is directly responsible for managing its development and implementation.
The Management team will analyze the security risks and vulnerabilities that may affect the proper functioning of the business and will propose the appropriate rules, means, and measures to minimize them.
All personnel within the organization must assume responsibility for maintaining the security of the assets under their care, observing the security rules implemented by the Management team.
Achieve and maintain the required level of security to adequately ensure business continuity, even in adverse situations.

Establish and implement Security Training and Awareness Plans to improve staff training.
Express commitment to continuous improvement.
Integrate the various departments of the company into a security management system that, under common criteria, leverages synergies and achieves consistency in resources and actions.
All personnel within the organization will be aware of and will apply the regulations that develop this Security Policy.
